AMA SPORTS PHOTO AGENCY

AMA Sports Photo Agency was established in 2006 by CEO Matthew Ashton.

A bespoke image search database driven website was launched after being programmed by one of the top programmers of his generation under the directorship of Matthew who also co-developed the agency's image syndication system, "CindyKate".

Photographers send their images live from an event to the AMA server, where "CindyKate" ensures that the images are delivered to media picture desks within seconds.

AMA provide images to newspapers, magazines and publishers as a live service and also serve to professional picture editors as a picture library.

The library contains thousands of images including stock images feature work and of course high quality sports action. Matthew and other photographers also contribute incredible panoramic images of stadia which accompany architectural and documentary views of stadiums around the world. AMA are known for their off-beat collection of floodlights, football mascots, ball and fans amongst a diverse collection of other subjects.

AMA are the official photographers of Shrewsbury Town FC, Wolverhampton Wanderers FC and West Bromwich Albion FC providing a fantastic array of images seen in their award winning matchday programmes, websites and on the walls in their stadiums and training grounds.
